Kinnauri red rajmah (500gms)

Grown in almost all the villages of Kinnaur, our Kinnauri Red Rajmah comes from a region where beans have long been part of everyday home cooking.

Cultivated in mountain fields and traditionally these kidney beans are known for their deep red colour, hearty texture and rich, earthy flavour.

They are the kind of rajmah that belongs in slow-cooked meals; simple, comforting and deeply connected to the land they come from.

Sourcing villages: Ribba & Sangla, Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh

Our Red Rajmah is sourced from farming families in these high-altitude valleys, where traditional crops are still grown in small fields and harvested with care.

A humble pantry staple with a very distinct origin, straight from the fields of Kinnaur.

  • No commerical farming
  • Grown in high altitudes

Our difference

We believe seasonal produce should come with a sense of place — from the land itself, with the faces, stories, and traditions behind it. Kayang is about helping you connect with the landscape, know where your food comes from, and feel part of the family that grows it.
